Richard Wilson KC, LL.D

Richard Wilson KC, LL.D is the cheif patron and consultant for international arbitration, Commercial, Public and Administrative law and Employment specialist. He is often instructed in cases that require interpretation of written instruments (contracts, statutes etc.).

He has been involved in some landmark decisions in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and the Court of Appeal on a range of matters, including: the interpretation of the European Union Reception Directive, the misuse of confidential information and account of profits as a remedy, and the principles governing the entitlement to costs in judicial review cases.

Richard's principal area of practice is commercial disputes. He has considerable experience of litigious domestic and international disputes (e.g. distributorship agreements, sale of goods and services, agency agreements, etc.).

A senior partner of the firm, she has been instrumental in the onset and growth of the firm. She graduated in law from Meerut University and has worked in all areas of law which include matrimonial disputes,property disputes, child related disputes, maintenance and child support matters. During her practice of over 25 years she has also developed expertise in drafting contracts, agreements, deeds, etc., and she also supervises the legal audit of financial institutions regularly carried out by the firm.

D. K. Sharma

Graduated in law with specialization in Real Estate and Property laws and has been in practice for over 20 years. He has considerable expertise in matters involving complex issues relating to the commercial agreements/ Contracts /compliances of the Real Estate Companies and other property disputes. He has advised numerous clients on key issues relating to civil disputes and commercial transactions. He provides prompt and speedy solutions to the needs of clients to suit their requirements.

Rajiv Bakshi

Graduated in law from Delhi University in 1998. He has been in practice for more than 15 years and specializes in Service Law, Commercial, Corporate, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Trade Practices and Competition Law. He has developed considerable expertise in advising clients on key issues relating to commercial, corporate, civil law, debt recovery and alternative dispute resolution. He has been very active in drafting and preparing various legal documents for clients and also in vetting documents on behalf of clients as also advising clients on the pros and cons of the transaction proposed to be entered into with other parties.

Avinash Lakhanpal

Specialist in Commercial and Property Law. He acts on behalf of major commercial clients and offers expertise in insurance litigation, commercial transactions and property related litigation. He is also the supervising partner of the litigation division. He regularly appears before the Hon'ble High Courts and other tribunals and forums. He is the "Advocate-on-Record" of the Supreme Court of India and has an experience of about 16 years.

Graduated in Law from Delhi University in 1992. He has practiced intensively in litigation and alternative dispute resolution field. Kumar Kartikeya Sharma

Kartikeya completed his law degree from University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indrapratha University, Delhi. Having worked at the International Court of Justice at The Hague and for various international law firms, Barrister's Chambers in the UK, Kartikeya is a promising young lawyer with great potential for international and national dispute resolution and litigation. He has gained expertise in both ad-hoc and institutional arbitration, particularly in ICC Rules owing to his traineeship at the International Court of Arbitration, International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France.
